Problem£ºMotor does not work
Cause 1£ºPower supply was cutted off, plug failed or loosed
Remedy£ºCheck the power supply, check the plug and switch.
Cause 2£ºCarbon brush jammed, or escaped from the commutator. 
Remedy£ºResetting the carbon brush.
Cause 3£ºPRCD protection works
Remedy£ºPress ¡°RESET¡± button on the PRCD.

Remedy£ºClean drill bit with enough water supply.
Cause 4£ºToo high speed
Remedy£ºChange to the next lower gearstep
Cause 5£ºDriling through iron reinforcements
Remedy£ºUse a greater pressure and next lower gear.
Cause 6£ºToo much chip in the bore hole.
Remedy£ºClean the bore hole with enough water supply.
Cause 7£ºLess water supply or water leakage.
Remedy£ºCheck the ball valve, check the water flow.
Cause 8£ºDrill bit becoming glazed
Remedy£ºResharpen the drill bit again by SiC grindstone.

Problem£ºDrill bit jam
Cause 1£ºRebar chip or concrete block was jammed between the tube and the core or the hole wall.
Remedy£ºSwitch the machine off, loosen the drill bit by turning right and left using a suitable wrench.
Cause 2£ºRig fixing not steady enough, it goes out of the original positon.
Remedy£ºRefixing the rig.
Cause 3£ºToo much gap between the column and the carriage.
Remedy£ºAdjust the gap to better condition.
Problem£ºDrill bit under- cutting
Cause 1£ºDrilling spindle does not straight
Remedy£ºRepair or change the spindle
Cause 2£ºDrill bit does not straight
Remedy£ºChange the drill bit
Cause 3£ºAbrasive chip can not be flushed out
Remedy£ºSet enough water supply.

Remedy£ºChange the rotary shaft seal
