ISO9001 approved. From purchase of raw materials, receiving inspection, to production and store are all controlled by ISO9001 quality control system.

2. Accurate strict inspection

For the essential material diamond, we use international modern method and Italian equipment to test the TI and TTI, as well as crystal shape comparison with sample, to ensure the stability and consistency.

For high grade saw blade/core drill, we use imported diamonds such as SDA100+ and SDA85 from De Beers MBS960 from GE, to satisfy with specific requirement of customers.

3. Advanced process of diamond and powder

According to the production technology, the surface of diamond is pretreated such as plated with titanium, coated with cobalt, to achieve to the best effect of application under different techniques and production condition.

4. Superb production techniques

Sintered saw blades are sintered under hydrogen deoxidize atmosphere. Hot-press segments are hot-press sintered under vacuum or protective atmosphere. Thus the density and hardness of segments achieve to best effect.

Laser-welded blades are produced with the most modern type of BSM240 auto laser welding machine manufactured by DR.FRITSCH, and out appearance, welding line are up to world class.
